If you do not receive a confirmation within two days, please contact us to make sure of your reservation. We also require an advance payment of 50% for reservations received from outside of Germany. Note: Due to our limited room capacity, advanced reservations can only be accepted during the high season (July to September) if you wish to book for three or more days.

Terms and conditions:

  1. The contract of accommodation is deemed to have been agreed as soon as the room has been booked and the reservation has been confirmed or, should it not be possible to provide confirmation prior to arrival, as soon as the room has been made available to the guest.

  2. As soon as the contract partners have agreed to the terms of the contract, they are obliged to fulfil these terms irrespective of the term of validity of the contract.

  3. The hotel-keeper is obliged to pay compensation to the guest should he not be able to provide the room as booked.

  4. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or standard price, less any expenses not incurred by the hotel-keeper as a result of non-fulfilment, upon failure to make use of the services laid down in the contract of accommodation.

  5. The hotel-keeper is urged to do his utmost to try to compensate for any room cancellations by renting them to other guests wherever possible in order to avoid any undue losses. 

  6. The guest must pay the sum as specified in Section 4 for the duration of the validity of the contract.

  7. You are advised to to take out travel insurance in order to avoid incurring any unnecessary expenses in the event of cancellation.

  8. Payment is requested in cash or using an EC card.

  9. Venue of jurisdiction is Lindau/Bodensee.
